you could give each other makeovers and take lots of pictures. if your parents don't mind, you could wait until everyone gets there and have everyone help make the cake. each person can put their own little decoration on too. (remember to take pictures of everything) play games like truth or dare and other fun things. i have a big basement so at my party we're going to have a silly string war and of course i'm going to take before and after pictures. then maybe in the morning one of your parents can take the film to a 1 hour photo place and when they get back everyone can help make a scrap book of your party. or you could do the scrap book by yourself a different time and then get everyone together to look at it.

you could tell all your guests to wear their bathing suits and have a shaving cream fight and waterballon fight. it would hafta be pretty ware. i had that for my 12th b-day party. you can get 1 or 2 bottles of saving cream for each guest. and you could fill waterballons the night before and throw them in your yard.( this takes a long time to fill them and they go by quick! i wouldn't do it unless you had less than 10 people! i had 16 people!)
if it is cold than you could have a big sleepover and tell secrets all night, and you could have all your guests help you make your cake. for this party idea you can add more ideas to it.
