You could take everyone out to eat at a resturant. it doesn't have to be fancy, it could even be McDonald's. Some places might even let you do cake and presents there.(call ahead of time)Then afterwards you could go out to a movie. Tell everyone to bring their own money for snacks and drinks. The food and movie tickets will cost some money, but you're spending about the same amount as if you had bought decorations and food and rented movies and all that.

I saw a post for a mall scavenger hunt that looked incredible! You could do that, then have your cake in the food court maybe?
If presents were brought, you'd need someone to take them to the car though, since you probably would be too busy at the mall to open them during the party.

hey well i had the best birthday party every i think because i had about 5-10 girls over for a sleepover and then guys came over just for fun and they had to leave at about 10 or earliuer it was just soo much fun
