u can either take them to an inexpensive manicure place if there aren't too many or u can even paint their nails at home. if u have a few older daughters willing to help they can work on the girls hair and add sparkles to their faces. take before and after polaroids. then the rest of the party they can have a cat walk and u can film that while music is playing. then u can fill a piniata with little toys and candies.

The cucumbers on the eyes and the green masque is what I thought of. You can buy cheap masque at any grocery store. Maybe hire a couple girls (maybe someone you've had as a babysitter) and have them do manicures/pedicures. TAKE PICTURES WHEN THEYRE ALL PRIMPED!

My daughter was turning 9 so we had a "Cloud 9" birthday party. We asked everyone to dress celestial-like. I hung silver stars outside in the trees, poured white chocolate moons and stars to decorate the cake with and also as guest gifts. We made pillowcases out of star and cloud fabric to use as prizes. We had a "Mother Universe" attend to paint faces. Had a "cloud burst" (balloon drop) wherein I put numbers in the balloons and they had to pop the balloons and find the number 9 in the balloon to win a prize. We did a blue moon game with white and blue cotton balls. We did a scavenger hunt with moon-shaped diecuts with numbers on the back of them. They had to find the die-cut with the "9" on the back of it. We had a limbo area with stars hanging all around. It was a fantastic party!!!
Then you could also do spa stuff
