well...did you check out the dollar store for SPIDERMAN, TREAT BAGS, YO-YO's, WHISTLES, STREAMERS, CANDY, TREATS? if not you should gop and get that behind you. then all you hafta do is decorate:Dalways the funnest part...hope i said something to help you!!
