You can have a make-up day where you can have someone in your family who is great at hair and make-up teach you all the correct way to do nails, make-up and hair.
There are board games you can buy at walmart that go with slumberparty themes.
You can make a party scrapbook for everyone where you all take pictures with either a digital camera or poloroid camera and you decorate each page with stickers and other scrapbook things as a project for everyone. You can do either one large book for you that everyone works on, or each get their own.

when i was turning 13, i had a club themed party. I turned my covered porch into a club look and had strobes and black lights. I let the music blare, and inside, I had a kareoke thing going, and people took turns video taping each other's performances. I invited a ton of people, and for food, pizza and soda goes a long way when you're feeding tons. Afterwards, I had my 4 best friends stay the night. We watched the video, and also a bunch of scary movies. this year, i think the ring,and feardotcom would b good ones. We just hung out, and when you're with really good friends, trust me, u never run out of things to do. hope it helped!!

Well, if you have lots of money to spare, you could rent a six seater stretch limo($75 Canadian per hour) and drive to a hair or manicure place then drive around in the limo for a while. After that, you could go back home and watch a movie, eat dinner(pizza), have cake and open presents. AAnd talk. Me and my friends can talk for hours.
If you're going cheap, you can go to your local theatre and watch a movie then go back, eat cake, have dinner, open presents and you'll ifnd something else to do. You could also rent a movie for later on.
