I'm planning to have a kids party this summer for no particular occasion. Guests will be boys and girls ages 11-14. Probably 10 or 12 total. I want it to be fun for the kids without too much parental supervision but at the same time, I am a mother... I need ideas that are fun but wholesome. Thanks

I would suggest a 60's theme party or a music theme party.

With the 60's everyone who already owns bell bottoms can wear theirs, you can decorate with flower power etc.

For the music theme, put up pictures or old records on the walls for decoration, purchase a blow up juke box etc.

For party favors, I would suggest that you go with your theme if you choose to have some. There are 60's goodie bags in the stores that go well.
