Hi, Are you working with people of all ages? If not, what are the ages of the people in the scavenger hunt? I have a lot of scavenger hunt ideas, but I was wondering the ages first. Are you going to keep it in the neighborhood? Let me know and I will try and help you with some of my ideas.

I gave my daughter a mall scavenger hunt. I went around to different stores in the mall, told them what I had planned and asked if I could use their store. If they said yes, I would then purchase an item and have them leave it at the front. The day of the hunt, everyone decorated t-shirts to identify them and then we went to the mall.I gave everyone a gift bag. Then I split everyone up in teams of 2 and then gave them their firtst clue. Example: An important age in your life. (answer Rue 21) When they figured it out (or thought they had) they then had to run to that store, go up to the front counter and tell them they were with the scavanger hunt and ask if they were in the right store. They then recieved their prize. At Rue 21, they got to pick out a new pair of underwear but the catch was they had to wear them back to me to pick up their next clue. Some wore them on their head and some over their jeans. LOL. It was sooo funny. Another clue was something that you can never have too much of. Answer: dollers for Doller Tree where they got to go pick out any one item they wanted. All in all they recieved 12 different presents such as lip gloss, jewlry, etc. A couple things to remember if you do this, send them in different directions, not to the same stores at the same time. I also gave a grand prize to the winning team so they would not be so willing to blab the answers to the other teams. At the end of the hunt, we met in the food court there I had a decorated cookie waiting with drinks. We then took pictures and opened presents. This was the best birthday party! The girls still talk about it and they all claim it was the best party they ever went to.
