I am taking the girls to a local horse farm, so I have the majority of stuff figured out..field trip. But I would like to figure out a neat favor or craft (since they are girls!) that would be nice. I am drawing a complete blank, and the Dollar Tree which usually saves me has been no help!
Thanks for your ideas!

HEllo, have you checked like Wal-MArt, Target, or one of those type stores and check to see if they have bags with those play horses in them? Sometimes they are on sale or not very expensive. THat could be a party favor. Horse coloring books with crayons, Horse book, Horse notebooks, erasers, pencils from a party store, HAve the girls make a shirt with an iron on horse with glitter around to keep. Shirts are really cheap at a craft store. Lisa Frank also does fun stuff with horses. She has notebooks, stickers, and all that fun girly stuff. They could make horse masks or have a horse pinata and keep the candy as the take home goodies. Look on line under horse crafts for kids and see what you can find for a craft. Girls love that stuff :) You could also take pictures of every girl with a polaroid camera and buy horse frames for every girl, but that would probably be expensive. If you need anymore ideas let me know. Have fun, Jessica

Wow, Jessica really had some good ideas! I forgot that Lisa Frank has lots of horse-y stickers and stuff! The only thing I was thinking of was to give the girls cowboy hats as party favors. A Polaroid photo of each girl riding her horse is a good memento, too. Good luck and enjoy the party!
