It goes without being said, that the more people you invite,...kinda the more things you have to worry about. This isn't really a problem if you are already a party-starter, and even in your classes or the lunchroom, you can kind of get everybody's attention. If you are this type of person all you have to do is make up a few dances with your girls before the party starts or some REALLY silly things to do to certain songs. Then you and your friends pull the shy people into doing the silly dances with you. Most people with a pulse should respond to this type of dancing because you don't have to be a good dancer to do it. Oh and if you choose this type of party, songs that tell people what to do, like the Cha-Cha slide,( even though it's a wee bit old) are good. D. J. is key as well. You have to be confident to have this type of party, and you must be willing to not be afraid if you are the only one doing something.----On the other hand if you are not this type or there will be people there who are going to cause a lot of stress, and you will end up in the backroom crying, do the smaller party gathering thing. Those are just as cool, and more attention is placed on you. You might want to have one activity that you all do, have picnic or something( im not sure where you live, whether its rainy or not,) have everybody bring one thing. If your friends are a hoot and everytime ya'll get together ya'll are laughing it up, it is almost a sure bet that ya'll will have a good time. | |
