Hi,
Ok. my daughter is turning 7 the middle of July. Last year we had a party at our home in the backyard with a jumper, and a blow up pool, pizza, water ballons etc.

This year, she wants to go to the bowling alley, which is way too expensive. So, I was thinking of doing the same as last year. However, I really don't want to have to entertain the parents! I know this sounds rude but I really don't care for some of them and dont want them to stick around. Last year I put "drop offs ok" but they all still stayed.
Any suggestions, and any suggestions on invitations?
thanks!

I don't know how well people will listen But you could put on the invites Drop children off at such and such time and pick up children at such and such a time. I have never ran into this problem all the parents leave their kids at my party . explain to your child you can't afford that kind of party. ask her to pick a theme like campout or icecream sundae party she will more then likely be fine with that idea if not get some wood for the lane some pins and balls and make up your own bowling ally. Hope this helps.
