I still have a long time until my birthday, but I always wait until the last minute to think of a theme, and I end up havin a really lame sleepover or something. But I'm getting a little old for sleepovers, I'm turning 14, and so I decided to have a hawaiin themed Lauh. So I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on what kind of decorations to get, some Hawaiin type gmes to play, like not like truth or dare or Limbo, but actually like having to do with the theme. And some food I can serve. I already decided on Fruit Kabobs, but I can't think of anything else. Any ideas would be greatfully appreciated. Thanx!!!

i had a hawaiian theme birthday for my daughter. First I made name tags for everybody from shells that I purchased from the dollar store. If you search the web, they have a web site where you type in someones name and they translate it to hawaiian. Then out of those shells, the ones that were not quite right for name tags, ones that couldn't be written on i hot glued around all of the edges of bowls for the snacks etc. for the cake i made a bucket of sand cake, and put it in 3 kids buckets and served with a kids shovel. around the tables i bought green plastic table clothes and used double sided tape and taped to the edge of the table, then trimmed the table cloth so it just reached the floor and then sliced it all the way around so it looked like a grass skirt. I hired a hula dancer to come and teach the kids how to hula dance. any questions please feel free to email [email protected]
