My Aunts, mom, cousin and I are planning a surprise party for my Grandpa's 80th birthday. We are trying to get ideas for things to do, and themes. All suggestions would be great!

You should rent out a room or banquet hall of some sort..get a DJ..decorate the walls of the room with all the pictures you can find of him from when he was a baby to now, have music playing from all the decades of his life and make sure all of his friends from when he was a childhood till now are there. Also bring other friends and family! Im sure it would be a blast! But remember the music makes the party so pick out the greatest tunes!

why are you even planning a party for a 80 year old!! i think you'll give him a heart attack from the surprise.
