i have NO idea what to do for my sweet 16. my parents definately don't want to spend too much so i need something under $400 but would still be really cool. any ideas????

First, when I turned 16, I had the best party in the world, and it was well under $400. It was more like $50. But, if you want a dance, then make your parents be the dj's. As for food, you don't have to do a full-blown catering service. . . just go to the store and pick up some munchies to eat. If this is what you do, you'll have a lot of money left over to get diso balls, fog makers, door prizes, or even better gifts for yourself. You don't have to spend a lot of money to have a really cool party. Trust me.
