I am searching for ideas for my younger sister. Her Birthday is Oct. 13th and we want to give her a Sweet 16 birthday to remember. She doesn't have a lot of friends, but our family is close, so there would probably be about 20 of us. We want something fun and special. Money isn't really a concern.
