Have a pirate theme!
You can get all the guests to dress up as pirates and play party games!

I know some people turning around that age they are doing pirate, train, alphepet, go dog go, magic, park, cowboy, indian. You could also see what his favorite book or movie is and do a fun theme on that. There are also clowns or something like "some dudes playground" If you have the money. I hope I gave you some ideas

How about Mcdonalds? I had my sons there when he was 3. It was one of the best parties that I had. Each kid gets their own happy meal and if you go to one with a party room like I did you have it all to yourself and then the kids can play. They play games and supply a cake. Something to think about. Great for all ages.Come to think of it....... I still love Mcdonalds.
