I just found this site, been looking everywhere for ideas.

My daughter is turning ONE on the 24 December 2003, and I have no idea what to do for her birthday. I have no theme yet, NOTHING!! I also have no idea where to start! Please can you offer me some advise and suggestions?
I am in South Africa, so our party shops are not as great as all of yours! And I also want to do everything my self.

Oh and have any of you worked with Iron On Transfers? Can you also give me some help with that?
For Kamika's birthday I want to make her a quilt using photos of her 2st year, I will also send some fabric paint and a piece of material with the invites, so that the kids can put their handprint on it, and I will either put this in the quilt, or make a book out of it. I have never made a quilt either so if any of you are geniuses with quilting, I would love some advice!!

Snow sounds great, but *g* it does not snow in SA!

I am thinking about do a Fairies and Butterflies theme, and dress Kami up as one of them, but what about the little boys? This is a female theme.
