Hi,
For my sweet 16 I decided on a willy wonka theme. But I am running out of ideas as to what activities we could do. I've gotten a few off of some sites but they are mainly for little kids, and we are all 15-19 yrs. old. So if you can think of anymore interesting games we could play in the willy wonka theme it would be really helpful. Thanks.

Hey-
That is a great idea actually, b/c i know us teen girls love to eat and LOVE chocolate! Well first of all, make sure your tables and counters are covered in bite sized chocolates and some are hidden around the room for people to look for throughout the party. Just hang streamers aand balloons. Hang strips of the candy "dots" from the ceiling. you can probably make candies in the shape of flowers and have them in vases around the room, with little knives for cutting chunks off. Maybe you can even hang chocolates and candy from the streamers on the ceiling! Have the chaperones and some kids and you dress up as candies: for example, if your mom is going to be there, have her be the candy "nerds" and dress up nerdy. Someone playing the part of "chocolate kisses" may want to make a costume out of tin foil. Then, for activities you can just have music (hopefully this is both a guy and girl party) and play games that dont neccersarilly exactly have to go with the theme. Just as the guest are arriving, play Will Wonka music, and you may want to hang posters around. Have the movie playing on a wall with a projector, and if possible, make a little tarp through the walkway that gets smaller and smaller. Bubble machines will be great for the scene in Willy Wonka if you know what im talking about. Make sure to have some healthy snacks around too tho after the stomach aches set in. I hope i helped- Lemme know if you need more ideas.

Decorate with brown, black and white crepe paper and balloons and have the guests wear the same colors.
Play drop the candy kiss in the chocolate milk carton (like the old "drop the clothespin in the bottle". Your mom should know.
Play "Pass the Chocolate Pretzel". Divide into teams. Everyone puts a Q-tip in their mouth, then you try to pass the Chocolate Covered Pretzel to the end of the line without dropping or breaking it. First team succeeding is the winner.
There are lots of game ideas on my website, www.feelinfestive.com. If you still need help, send me an email.
