I need help throwing a surprise 20th b-day party for my boyfriend. He is always doing that kind of stuff for his friends, and they never seem to do the same for him...so this year I am taking matters into my own hands...but I need some help. I want this to be the best birthday ever. But with me only being 16 have no idea how to throw a cool party for a 20 yr. old. So if you could give me some ideas as to where to go, and what to do it would be a lot of help. Money isn't an issue...so don't hold back. Thanks
