Help, i've gota 15 year old boy who wants a brithday party of 25 people (i know a lot of people, but hes a real good kid and never asks for much), but our house isnt big enough and bowling is not an option. What are some things that i can throw for his birthday?

I live near the sea so we went to the peir which the kids loved. But there are plenty of other options like a picnic or hiring out a hall for a disco or karoake party. But there is allways the swimming option, they all might sound expensive but there are loads of deals around now.
