Just a few suggestions; evening affair with grand buffet style dinner and dancing or a live entertainment if your budget allows, perhaps a photographer on site to capture those memories. A comemorative item of some kind that guests could take with them would also be a nice touch. Valet service and coat check would make the event more special, perhaps you could find some volunteers within the company to defray costs. Local restaurants may make a deal with you if you give them some type of advertising during the event (programs, media coverage,etc). Hope this helps!
