this is perfect if you have 9 or ten ppl. well i dunno where you live, but if you live where there is a claire's store they have a deal where you can get 10 things for $10. You can meet there and have your friends pick out one item.(maybe there's another makeup and accesories store with a deal like this). then you can get driven to where the real party is. My friend ha d a party like this and it was cool.
