Need a bit more info. What does he like? Does he drink and/or are you old enough to drink? (21st birthday's tend to be associated with drinking... LOL) Otherwise, what type of person is he? How much money do you have to spend? Big party, little intimate gathering? In a house, in a box, with a mouse, with a fox?
