I called the Post Office (1-800-725-2161)
and they confirmed that it is indeed legal. The lady I spoke to said "it
is legal for you to pay a dollar and become part of a mailing list then
keep a record of your mailer recipients" BUT if you don't follow it
exactly and do not become part of the mailing list provided, and do not
pay your $1.00 to everyone, you are scamming and you are providing an
illegal service So, make sure you follow the EASY instructions EXACTLY
and you'll be on your way to success legally!! In fact, if you follow
this exactly, you may need to get a post office box because the volume of
mail you can get is endless.
WHY IT WORKS AND CONTINUES TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Out of 200 postings, say I
receive only 5 replies (a very low example). So then I made $5.00 with my
name at #6 on the letter. Now, each of the 5 persons who just sent me
$1.00 make the MINIMUM 200 postings, each with my name at #5 and only 5
