My little girl will be turning 2 yrs old in Febuary and I don't have any idea what to do for her party. She loves Winnie the Pooh, but I am open to any suggestions. I really need to make a decision soon.

Yes you should have a winnie the pooh party! Have winnie the pooh cake and like play winnie the pooh games even rent a winnie the pooh movie or somthing to keep them busy!
