For my 30th birthday my husband took me to his friends cabin on the lake. made a really nice meal candles and drinks. he arranged for the kids to go to my moms pack my bags it was a very romantic weekend. You could maybe rent a cabin or surprise her with a party you can rent out special rooms in some restarants. The gift my husband gave me was my diamond tennis bracelet. Whatever you do i'm sure it will be special.
