for your 16th birthday you could:
-go out for a meal -for a pizza, or whatever,
-have a house party,
-hire out somewhere for a party, such as a community centre, and get a DJ... or if you think having a DJ isn't your scene, then get some local bands to play,
-go on a day trip somewhere...somewhere different, like France (if you live closer to it, like i do!)
-a sleepover...
