My best friend's bday is on feb 12th. we want to throw her a surprise party but we don't know what to do. We aren't allowed to call any guys,btw. There will be about 6 people over there. I need help real fast. We want it to be really special and fun.

Because it's her 16th b-day get little girl stuff like barbie plates, boas, lots of pink! Then after have a talent show.
If you arn't into the little girl b-day then have a murder mystery party! You can get a kit for not that much at borders. then the suprise would be comeing home to her house disuised as wherever the muder mystery party takes place.
