My mom is having a 50th birthday party that she knows about. How can we make it a surprise and really special?

tell her the party is on a date thats believable and have the day before be the actual date of the party, ask her to a movie or something that'll get her out of the house while the guest sneak in (and park their cars around the corner), that would be memorable and a total surprise (if your a good actor)
