lol I know that sounds weird 4/16th birthday party, but its true, I was born on Leap Day, so im going to be 16 this coming month, but really I will be 4! Anyway, I need some help figuring out what to do for my party, i dont want something dumb to do like just a sleepover, bowling, or anything that is like any other year, its my 16th and I Want it to be special and unforgettable for the guests and myself....Thanks!

Since it is technically your 4th b-day you should do a little kid theme. you know balloons party favors little kids etc. it could be really cool
