I am having my 21st in a couple of months and I have almost everything organised, however my girlfriend and I have no idea what to do during the party. It is a cocktail party, but are there any activities that anyone can suggest for the party to run smoothly and be a lot of fun for the guests?

I am planning on having my 21st birthday in a year time and hope it to be in a very hot country and i have got an idea of the country but do not know what type of party to have but all i know is that i want it to be a memorable time for everyone.
