Im turning S16 in September and Im having a party thats going to have a sit down dinner with my family and close friends, then after that I get to dance the night away with friends and family. But its a themed party I wanted it to be the 1920's like the Old mafia days with mob guys and everything. Its just like a 15nera (where a latina girl turns 15) but I want to say something at my dinner but I have no idea what.
