Hi Everyone! My son will be one on 6/3 and I am planning a western themed birthday party. Any ideas and suggestions would be very helpful.

Hey, My little brother and little sister (twins) just turned 1 on Febuary 20 and we sort of had a weastern theamed party. We had our party at our house and we have 1 acre. We live in a community where you can have horses. Anyway, so what we did was.......... We used our neighbors pony which is really small and we had pony rides, but make sure you have an age limit to the pony rides or else you will have a big line of big kids and the little ones are still waiting. We also had a jolly jump (you know those big bouncy things). It was only $69 for 7 HOURS! What a deal. You can check where your local jolly jump place is by going onto jollyjumps.com Then click CALL A LOCAL BRANCH NEAR YOU. We also had a bunch of food, like a bufet. OHH yeah remember to take lots of pictures and video tape alot! Don't hand the camera to someone else because they might not take good pictures like you. That happened to us. Hope you have fun and liked my ideas!

I have recently went to a western party for a 1 year old. What they did was all the kids 7 and under dressed up as cowboys/cowgirls and the older ones dressed up as indians. Then we had a cake war, mess but fun.
