For truth or dare, you could get bowls or boxes and put say spaggheti inside and cover it with a cloth. Then tell them its worms or whatever you put in , tell them it is what it feels like and you can dare them to put their hand in. Or instead of truth and dare you can play a guessing game. YOu could blind fold them and have bowls with different foods in that feel disgusting. You can tell them they have to guess what foods they are, eg.mushed bannana. You can say they are allowed to eat it to guess, but make sure it is edible. Hope this helps Louise.
