Hi everyone,
My son will be celebrating his first bday. I want to use the finding nemo theme. The party will be at the park during the summer. Does anyone have any ideas for food, games etc. I will invite about 30 people. Thanks for the help!

for food you could use gold fish crackers and kraft had an idea in one of their books to slice the bottom two-thirds of a hot dog into 8 strips and then boil it and the stips curl up like octopus tentacles you can use mustard or melted cheese to dab on two little eyes could serve over macaroni shells and cheese.

For a baby's first birthday game you could play the one where they go fishing over a piece of plywood (maybe painted like a ocean) and someone behind the wood clips on a prize.

The older kids could play a variation of duck duck goose only it could be nemo nemo BRUCE! bruce of course being the shark that would get of and chase everyone.

One year olds might be kind of young to have lots of balloons around but an idea with those would be to use clear ones like air bubbles or gray ones like ocean rocks and put papers with funny fortunes and a prize or two written on them inside the balloons and let the kids pop them by sitting on them. just be sure to pick up all the pieces immediately so the younger kids can't get them

You could have nemo print outs to color as the kids arrive

Blue punch would be good you could freeze gummy fish inside ice cubes to go in it

you could find some ocean ambience music or bubbles popping for background sound and of course blue streamers hung like ocean waves
