Need creative intense idas for ADULT bday party

Hi all.
My boyfriend's 30th is coming up and I want to do something interesting for him... I dont have any ideas for an fun and intense adult party... almost something like in the movie "the Game".. any ideas what I can do that would be a surprise for him at the end?
