play games
rent a boat
go swimming
watch a movie
go bowling,or
iceskating
camp outside (if sleepover)
scavenger hunt
play ding dong ditch (lol)

yes it is a sleepover and my mom is worried about westnile. :( i was thinking of a scavenduer hunt but i wasen't shure if it was to childish do you think??? i liked your idea of ding dong ditch lol
