Depends on the age but my advice would be to make a bucket of dark coffee and soak both sides of ripped paper, let try and after using a candle flame burn sides (this will give an ancient time look)Using black felt tip write out the invitations, to find out heiroglyphics look it up in google.com or at your local libary or any search engine.

p.s in the end you could rolly it up and tie with a ribbion to look like an ancient scroll
