Im trying to plan a surprise 17th birthday party for my best friend. (its a guy) I want it to be something big, because he has never had a real party, and I want it to be special. Money isnt a problem. Please help me.

maybe you could rent out a club or something, hire a dj to play there

or have a cookout at your house
volley ball
bon fire
maybe if someone knows how to play can bring theirs n play n you all can sing around the bon fire or somethin

also ask yourself questions about him like whats his favorite band that you could go see in concert, whats his favorite hockey (whatever sport that is in season that he likes) team that you could all go to and have a good time, they can announce his birthday at sports games too
