I'm turning 16 in November, and I don't know what I want the theme to be. I thought about a luau (sp?) but it's in november, so I didn't think that would work. If you've got some good sites with ideas I'd be really thankful if you can post them! Thanks!

Well, it's hard to predict the weather right now since it's july, but it's usually either chilly or already snowing. Either way it's not something you want to be outside without a jacket. I was just planning on have a select few close friends, no guys. We're on a slightly tight budget, we were thinking about renting out a party hall since our house is kind of small, but the problem I'm having is with the party theme besides sweet 16.
