I am turning 13 in October... I want a theme party but not Hawaiian. I want it to be unique, different, special, and in-expensive and unforgetable. My friend copied my idea but she has more money so I need to make a good party. Please help! These are the conditions:

*NO POOL
*NO HOT TUB
*NO BOYS COMING
*SMALL BUDGET
*BAD WEATHER
*DON'T WANT A BORING DANCE, EAT, AND WATCH MOVIES PARTY
*CAN'T HAVE A SLEEPOVER

well do you like to get like messy and wet?

you should do a hawaiian theme...thats what im doing...

for like where you get the drinks you can make your own tiki bar by a taking a regular rectangle table, and on the edges put a hawiian table cloth on it so it looks like a solid wall for a bar. then make a sign to put above it that represents the tiki bar or like 'get your ice cold drinks here at the tiki bar' or something like that....

Limbo contests, hula dance lessons/contests (or a hula hoop contest). you can buy limbo sets at orientaltrading.com or make your own by cutting off the end of a broom stick and decorating it...

bowling with empty plastic jars (they have to be all the same)...for that you can use orange juice plastic bottles (tropicana orange juice) and decorate them...use an empty coconut shell for the bowling ball or just a coconut.

if you like getting wet you could by a tarp and put baby oil, water, chocolate syrup ect ect all over it and use it as a messy slip and slide, also if you have a hill split into two teams and try to go up the tarp (theyre around 20 ft. long), and whoever wins gets a prize....

What it sonds like to me if you dont want any of those things happing then you will just be sitting around and talking unless you have a BBQ.

Why dont you have a Classic Hollywood theme? Or Mardi Gras. Or even something really wierd that most people wouldnt think of like a space party or something. Just be yourself!

GAME! RULES * i made this up

u will need:
1 flash light

RULES:

have one person it be in a dark big room at night and have everyone hide but the person with the flash light the person with the flash light will have to stay in the same spot the hole game first they count to 10 then every one will be hiding if the person with the flash light sees another they say 123 on (name) then they coundt to 10 agin and repete and then coundt to 5 and the 1st person cought will be it next round....BUT every one has to make it home (were the person with the flash light is) and if they dont they will do pick a # between 1-10 with the it person trust me it is the funnest game i like p'd my pants playing it
