We're having a surprise party for a friend, it's primarily a poker party, but there will be couples there as well. We are looking for ideas on how to embarrass a friend a little, out of fun, but we're running out of time.

We're thinking of somehow using odd things he's done throughout his life against him, but not sure how.

Any ideas?

well you could find some wierd pictures of him when he was a baby and blow them up or have a slid show or something like that or do kareoke with him be the star??
