Yes I do think you should let your daughter invite boys and girls if she is turning 14. I am turning 13 this month and I am having a boy girl party. Hope I could help.

don't let invite too many guy friends, only the one that are rather close to her. also don't let her invite a guy that her or one of her friends have a crush on, it might get a little steamy
