I know it may seem kind of early to start planning, but I want to make it the BEST New Years Eve party. I know I want a Mardi Gras theme, so I need games and decoration ideas. I don't really know that much about Mardi Gras besides it looks really cool, so I will look up that information on the internet. Any ideas will be helpful! Also, I am on a budget with about $50-$80 (half is my own money). Please help!
