For my daughter's third birthday, we had a gingerbread man theme. I premade gingerbread mena and women and has frosting and decorator candies for the kids to decorate their coolies with. Of course they got to eat them! You could also make little houses with graham crackers (with parent help). They spend a lot of time on these and at two your probably don't need another activity.
