Not ALL teenage girls would like underware for their birthday. More or less, from Victoria Secret. I just wanted to clarify that not ALL teenage girls are flirtacious, body concerned or what you would call "ideal". So although this is a good idea, please consider the behaviors and natural personality of your teen.
