I have a lil boy who will be turning 3 soon an a girl who will be turning 3 a week after. This year we are having a Circus party b/c they love Jo-Jo . So if you have any ideas or games or things that i can make that would be fun for them an others to play please let me know we are trying not to exceed our 100 dollor decoration budget so please help a mom out thank S.Nell

if they arnt allergic paint their faces like clowns and lionS and stuff.
and film them doing a circus only dont tell them.
like: "i know, why dont we all pretend that WE'RE in a circus!!!!"
all the little kids should go yeah!!!
so set he vidoe camera up film and after every ones finished pretending ,fix it up to the tv or pc and say "look you're brilliant circus was soooooooooooo good it got on tv/the internet/the computer!!!!!!!"
they all go:
ooooooooooooh or ahhhhhhhhhhh or get borsed and say waaaaaaaaaaah...........
