You could have a egg toss. Each person has a partner and they stand a little ways apart. One person throws the egg to their partner and if their partner catches it you and your partner take a step back. This continues until there is one team left with a uncracked egg. You can also draw a face on a balloon you have blown up for each guest, make a shaving cream (or whip cream) mustache and beard and see who shaves it off with a plastic knife the fastest. The winner or winners could get a can of shaving cream as a prize. How about a scavenger hunt where you send teams on a hunt around the park? Have them follow clues that leads them to a bag of Hershey's minitures or any other favorite candy. You can do written clues or picture clues that you have taken ahead of time. If your park has lots of different buildings, sculptures or trees you could take the pictures from odd angles. This will make it a little more challenging for you friends. I hope this helps you. I have'nt been 14 for a few years now, but it would be a fun party for any age. I have never shaved a balloon before, but I can imagine all the laughs.
