Hello Geoff!

I have heard some real horror stories about things that Bruce Lee used to try! I would love to see what he would be like if he were still here with us today! I'm sure he would be cutting edge with all of the supplements and advances in sports nutrition! I try to keep up with everything in that field, but developments are coming along so fast now that it is almost impossible! I do know that my supplement bill is ridiculous, and that's getting everything at wholesale cost! LOL
