      I hate to pull an Appeal to an Authority or Straw Man, but, Mr. Joe Lewis seems to be a reputable source.

      If you mean Technique as in using technique to kill then yes technique will get you killed using the word YOU as in second person...and you thought I couldn't pick up on semantics didja?)

      But anywho, I would have to say "IT" is a technique, a technique that is delivered without thinking that devastates the opponent.
