Hi Dani!
I would suggest that you do some research on exercises to strengthen the lower lumbar region of your back. I would suggest starting with some prone hyperextensions. To perform this movement, lie face down on an exercise mat or clean floor. Keeping your legs pressed tightly together, use your lower back muscles to bring your legs and upper torso off the floor. Nothing should be touching the floor but your stomach and pelvic region. Your hands/arms can be used for balance if necessary. Hold the position for a few seconds, then lower everything back to the floor. Repeat for about ten to twelve repetitions. Start with just one set, and build up to doing three sets of twelve to twenty reps each. This should go a long way toward starting to strengthen your back and correct this problem! Good luck with this!
